We send orders with Aramex.
Orders usually take 24 to 48 hours (business days) to process and check, depending on demand and stock.
Delivery is expected to take 2 to 10 business days.
You'll get an email once your order is processed, with a tracking number.
Alcohol is never left unattended. Someone needs to sign for the parcel on delivery.
Changes to orders
Once an order is placed, we can't add, remove or change any items or the address on it.
Incorrect addresses
If the delivery address was entered wrong when the order was placed, we aren't responsible for it and can't send a replacement or refund the order.
If you spot a wrong address after ordering, email us through our contact page straight away. We can only fix the address if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
Lost or stolen packages
We aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages and can't send a replacement or refund these orders.
