This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or buy from our site.
Personal information we collect

In this policy, "Personal Information" means both Device Information and Order Information.

We use Order Information to fill orders placed through the site, including processing your payment, arranging shipping, and sending invoices and order confirmations. We also use it to:

- Screen orders for risk or fraud.
- Send you information or advertising about our products, when that matches the preferences you've given us.
We use Device Information to help screen for risk and fraud (especially your IP address), and to improve the site, for example by looking at how customers browse it and how well our marketing is working.
Sharing your personal information
We share your Personal Information with other businesses only where it's needed to run the store:
- Our website runs on WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at https://stripe.com/au/privacy.
- Orders are delivered by Aramex, so we pass on your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your parcel. Aramex's privacy policy is on their website.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with the law, respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request, or protect our rights.
Do not track
We don't change how the site collects and uses data when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct, update or delete it. Contact us using the details below.
If you are a European resident, we process your information to carry out contracts with you (for example, when you place an order) or for the legitimate business interests listed above. Your information may be sent outside Europe, including to Australia and the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order, we keep your Order Information for our records until you ask us to delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if our practices change or the law does.
Minors
The site is not for anyone under 18.
